National Career Readiness Certificate is a portable credential that demonstrates achievement and a certain level of workplace employability skills in applied mathematics, locating information, and reading for information. Assessments measure "real world" skills that employers believe are critical to job success. Test questions are based on situations in the everyday work world. The NCRC assists a job candidate to: - Demonstrate to others (educators and employers) their transferable employability skills. - Compare their work readiness skill level to the skill levels required for jobs they want. - Once employers know their skill level, they can determine who will be a "good fit" for job openings. Please contact 515-697-7700 to register.
